Ultimately you know your baby, however starting on the Me & My Newborn course if your baby is under 3 months gives you the chance to get out and go to a course without any expectations on you or your baby and then once your baby is out of the fourth trimester and ready to lie down for more stimulation you can progress to Baby Massage

  • Can the baby’s Dad / Grandparents come to class?

In theory yes they are more than welcome to come but please check with your teacher first.

Yes ALL our classes are baby-led, so breast or bottle feeding, sleeping, or nappy changing is all ok.

  • Do you offer 1:1 courses?

    Yes, find out more here.

  • Do you offer pay as you go or free trial classes?

As a general no as it disputes the ethos of our village community by having different people coming and going every week but do contact your local teacher as she will often run special class events or when she is about to launch a new term there may be a special launch class available for you to attend.

  • Can Dads do the baby classes?

Dads are more than welcome to bring your baby to class. They are welcome to all classes but we suggest to start with our Baby Massage course as the Me & My Newborn Course is designed for postpartum individuals.

  • My baby is in a Pavlik harness, can I do the baby classes?

Yes of course, you can either have your baby out of their harness as their daily harness free time or the Baby Massage movements can be carried out whilst your baby is in their harness.

  • My baby was premature, when deciding on most age appropriate class should I go by birth date or adjusted age?

We suggest that you go by their adjusted age but ultimately you know your baby the best and it’s your choice.
