‘After maternity leave with my first child in 2015, I started to work in childcare. Working with families whilst raising my own has taught me so much and it’s been an honour to watch little ones grow and thrive.

After the birth of my second and then third children my fascination (obsession!) with pregnancy, birth and the newborn stage grew and grew. What became clear to me after 3 births with varying support was how continuity of care and a good support system could be such a major factor in your experience. 

I was lucky enough to attend Mumma’s Village classes and quickly learnt that their classes were not only a nurturing place where you can take time to bond with your baby and learn amazing skills and tips for taking care of them, but also a place to meet other parents to share the highs and lows of parenting in a totally non-judgemental space.

I am so excited to have been given the opportunity to train to be a part of The Village and can’t wait to be there for families, and to give them continuity of care they deserve at such a special time of their lives.’
